One of my favorite parenting quotes that I remember hearing a great deal as a tween was “I know you like the back of my hand”. My loving mother would use that quote at times to remind me that I couldn’t pull anythings over on her. She sowed that into my life and now on rare occasion’s I pull it out of my parenting arsenal.
As a tween I didn’t appreciate the quote nor the lesson at times but never the less it was sown into my life. We daily have the opportunity to influence and bless others, we miss those opportunities for various reasons maybe we are to busy, we have a bad attitude, or were just discouraged.
Where ever you may find yourself today take a chance and do something that will bless someone else. Your simple random act of kindness may be whats needed to bring encouragement, support, or peace to someones life. You never know it may even cheer you up and transform your day.
