“When life gives you lemons… make lemonade.” I am terrible with sayings but this one caught my attention today. I a season when things are unpredictable and unstable how are you living your life. It is easy to become bitter, if you don’t believe me just take the time to talk to people. Boy, it can become discouraging. It reminds me of of Psalm 126 (read it), the psalmist notes in verse 1 how they dreamed of days when they would see Jerusalem restored and better times for Gods people. He then transitions in verses 2-6 to giving God Praise in spite of there circumstances. My thought for today is simply this life can be hard but instead of getting bitter Praise God and let Him make you Better.
