When the tsunami of emotions hit your mind and your life, don’t forget that God is still in control and that he is aware of what is affecting your life. These emotions come in so quickly and they are so quick to overwhelm and have the potential of derailing our lives as we make choices that are not healthy for us. We can take action in times like this to stay on track as we seek God and draw near to Him, He is a present help in time of need and He is always on time.
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)
